I'm new to this whole process so am not sure exactly what I'll be needing and am mostly just curious if my insurance covers any doula care. - Doula that can help with morning care, light clean up, and meal prep. 8am - 11am - would be for 2x / week - needs to be on Carrot's platform - $30-40/hr

No requirement for second language spoken but I speak Spanish fluently and some Mandarin. My son is 3 weeks old and is currently exclusively breast fed. I’m interested in help with meal prep/cooking, laundry, and minimal cleaning around the house. I need more sleep during the day and would like baby care while I take a nap or two. I’m hoping for a VBAC after a previous C-section (in Sept. 2023), so I’m specifically looking for someone who has experience supporting VBAC/TOLAC births.
