Really struggling to keep baby latched over the past few days. Tried a virtual lactation consultation and that didnt help
Finding it hard for my baby to nurse. He latches for a few minutes and then stops and cries. I need sheep with proper latching and also positioning of my baby.
I am looking for an IBCLC to work with in-home. I am struggling getting established with breastfeeding my baby girl, born 10/11/2025. She is capable of latching, because she has successfully latched & fed several times. However, I often can’t get her to, and she lost too much weight so I’m having to supplement with bottle feeding (both formula and what I’m pumping). Since introducing the bottle, I haven’t been able to successfully breastfeed at all, even though I always offer the breast first. My goal is to exclusively breastfeed, I just don’t know how to get there. I am hoping to work with a lactation consultant that will be 100% covered by insurance (Aetna).

Hello, I’m looking for support on how to get my daughter to latch properly and easily. Currently I pump but I would prefer breast feeding especially at night time.
Lactation consultation needed. Baby has poor latch, exclusively pumps, issues with cracked and sore nipples and more than likely has mastitis.
I need help getting my baby to latch onto my breast to feed, she will latch occasionally but only when she’s sleepy or doesn’t realize it’s the breast. She is 3 months old and I’m hoping it’s not too late to have her latch.. I am currently pumping but I would really like help getting my baby to exclusively breastfeed. Any help is appreciated! I have Humana insurance. It is a Medicaid provider but am willing to pay out of pocket in order to reach my goals. Thank you!!
Help with latching and different positions. Currently still having bad latches where I feel baby’s tongue scraping against my nipple. Also I feel uncomfortable in my feeding positions with my nursing pillows. I’d like to learn different positions.
Looking to have her latch assessed and also if she has a tongue or lip tie. Also open to nutrition or supplements to boost supply if needed. Would prefer in home visits and tricare covered.
