About Cylena

I am 21 years old and I am also married with 2 wonderful children! I had a doula for my first birth and I've never felt so secure. I had someone who had me, my boundaries and wants in mind. I never knew what i wanted to do as a career and after that whole experience I knew exactly what i wanted to do. Birth is such a vulnerable process and emotions are high. My goal as a Doula is to remind mothers that they are powerful and courageous! I love the feeling when i see mothers realize they are meant for this and they can do it with out a doubt!!<3

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Package

includes a free 30 minute intake meeting/ interview for you as a client and for me as a doula to see if we are a good match for each other! Another zoom visit to go over the birth plan, stress and pain management and what you want postpartum to look like. I would then come to a doctors visit closer to the due date to get a feel of things and where you are! And lastly I would come to your home and go over all the things about your birth and even meet with the people you may want in the room when you deliver, to make sure everyone understands the mothers wants and needs!

Postpartum Package

Focusing on your physical and mental health. I will figure out the best way to help you out as a mother to set you up for success. I would clean, help with feeding, help you get the rest that you need to be present and be the best mother you can be! It is really just tailored to you!

$22 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I am a professionally trained doula, working towards certification. My passion is to support and empower mothers and families during the beautiful journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood! As your doula, I am committed to give you Informational support along with physical and emotional support. A mother needs to feel prepared and supported every step of the way and i want everyone to have a positive and memorable birthing experience!

I’ve personally known cylena since elementary so when I got pregnant and heard she was becoming a doula I knew I made the perfect decision having her be apart of my first pregnancy journey. She made my labor experience go very smooth and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She advocated for me at the times I wasn’t able to and made sure I was getting the care I needed and some. Working with cylena will be the best decision you ever make and I’m not being biased! She loves what she does and she’s great at it.
