We’re looking for part-time postpartum support near Mountain View / Palo Alto / Stanford starting around late September or early October. We are first-time parents and would love support with newborn care, postpartum routines, and general guidance as we adjust. We’re especially interested in someone calm, experienced, reliable, and comfortable helping new parents learn. We are ideally looking for support 2–3 times per week for the first 4 weeks, with some flexibility depending on availability and fit. We are open to either daytime support or overnight support, depending on the candidate’s experience and schedule. I am planning to give birth at home, in Dublin California. I’m mainly looking for a midwife and possibly a doula for support. I am planning to use my insurance at Kaiser for my scans up through the third trimester, and mainly want the midwife and possible doula team for delivery. I imagine visiting with them beforehand, but relying on my insurance for everything else leading up to delivery. Budget is $5k or less I want to give birth at home, unmedicated, with minimal interventions.

I live in north sunnyvale. My hospital is El Camino hospital Mountain View. My OB/GYN is associated with Palo Alto medical foundation. i’m looking for a certified Doula who can provide birth support during Lab prenatal educational classes during about birth and postnatal care might include lactation. I’m looking to avail the Doula services through Anthem Blue Cross employer based insurance. Their requirement is that the doula is a licensed mid wife. I am 29 years of age.

I am diabetic and considered high risk. I will be giving birth at a hospital but haven’t fully established a birth plan. I would like help with lactation, sleep training cooking. I have bluecross blue shield.

Our second child is due in the first week of December 2026. It is going to be a scheduled C-section. Our first baby was born healthy, and we expect the same for our second baby. We are looking for a night nanny's support to take care of the baby during the first 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 7 nights a week. 8 hours a night. The main responsibility is to take care of the baby during the night: bringing the baby to mom for feeding or bottle feeding as needed, burping, changing diapers, soothing the baby to sleep, and light baby-related tasks like sterilizing bottles and pump parts.
