Looking for an at home lactation consultant to help with breastfeeding

Second baby, in Bayside . Looking for a postpartum doula 4 days a week for the first week then more in following weeks, ideally with newborn feeding experience.

First baby, will deliver at Riverview Medical center, want a unmedicated birth and to avoid pushing on my back. Need an advocate to help with sticking to my birth plan and would like to do the non active labor part at home with my doula present.

Giving birth at NY Pres Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor NY. Estimated budget $1,800. Birth plan: epidural vaginal birth. I would strongly prefer a Black woman doula with at least two years of experience. I am 33, this is my first baby, and I am not high risk. I plan to primarily breast feed and pump. Having really painful nipples and latching issues with breast feeding. Milk has yet to come in yet too. We would like an in person visit as soon as possible

My first-born had trouble latching because of a significant tongue tie. I also didn't receive much guidance at the hospital where I delivered, so I'd like to speak with someone to gain as much knowledge ahead of time as possible. I understand it may be easier/more beneficial to schedule something after the baby is here, I just didn't want to miss the window.

We welcomed Baby boy Everett to the world on 10/6. We are hoping for availability in the coming days for an in person consultation, preferably a home visit.
