I would like to find a lactation consultant that’s familiar with twins and is supportive through my EBF journey with my twin girls.

Lactation Consultant to help with baby latching. My baby is 3 months old with poor latching. I currently have sore cracked nipples. Someone in the Queens, NY area that can come to the house.

I wanted to reach out because I’m thinking about trying to breastfeed again and I’d really love your guidance. I breastfed/pumped for about the first 5–6 weeks after he was born. He latched for the last week, but at the time everything was just really overwhelming because I was home by myself, he was having a lot of feeding issues, and we eventually found out he has a cow’s milk protein allergy. I was exhausted and stopped breastfeeding/pumping completely. He’s now 3½ months old, so I’ve been stopped for about two months. Today I started trying to latch him again, but obviously I’m basically dry right now. I really want to see if I can relactate and build my supply back up over the next 2–3 weeks. He’s had quite a bit going on since birth. He’s had pretty severe reflux, vomiting/spitting up, gas and feeding difficulties, and we’ve had concerns about his weight gain. He’s been seeing GI and has had an X-ray/upper GI-type imaging and a sonogram because of the vomiting. He also has cow’s milk protein allergy and has needed hypoallergenic/amino-acid formula. He also developed torticollis/head preference, so he’s doing PT, and there have been some concerns about his head/fontanelle, so he’s also been evaluated by neurosurgery. It’s just been a lot between all of the appointments and trying to figure out his feeding and weight. Now that he’s a little older, I really want to give breastfeeding another try if it’s possible. I’m not expecting to immediately have a full supply, but I’d love help figuring out the best way to stimulate my supply again, get him comfortable latching, and safely transition to breast milk while still making sure he’s getting enough to eat and keeping his reflux/allergy under control. Do you have experience helping with relactation after someone has been completely stopped for a couple of months? I’d really appreciate your guidance on how to approach it. ❤️

I’d like to give birth at home but I’m currently in the midst of looking for a new place. Budget I’m unsure of at the moment would be willing to discuss. Birth plan id like to wait to cut the cord, no meds or intervention unless medically necessary, golden hour, and that all currently. Previous experience a must certs a plus. I’m a 23 year old women giving birth for the first time and would like a well experienced person and calm birth experience. I’d like to breast feed and pump so lactation help may be needed

I just need someone to help with holding our reflux baby at night so we can get some sleep.

10 day old who won’t latch and now I’ve developed mastitis from exclusively pumping. I would prefer in person if possible.

First baby, will deliver at Riverview Medical center, want a unmedicated birth and to avoid pushing on my back. Need an advocate to help with sticking to my birth plan and would like to do the non active labor part at home with my doula present.

My baby has a tongue tie. He’s about 13 days old. His latch is good, however, he has bubbles and or blisters on his lips. When we were in the hospital, the doctor told me that during each feeding, I need to flip his lips. But these bubbles don’t seem to be going away and I just have concerns about them.

Giving birth at NY Pres Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor NY. Estimated budget $1,800. Birth plan: epidural vaginal birth. I would strongly prefer a Black woman doula with at least two years of experience. I am 33, this is my first baby, and I am not high risk. I plan to primarily breast feed and pump. I am looking for a doula to support in preparing for birth, labor and delivery, and post partum. I have Aetna insurance, POS.

Just had cheek, tongue, and lip tie removed and I’m scared it can complicate feedings. Having a hard time opening her mouth wide

I need assistance with proper latching techniques for my baby. She’s only 5 days old but every initial latch is painful. She does have a tongue tie, but not sure if getting that removed will help. I have Horizon BCBS Omnia insurance.
