I am a mom of 3 with a critical care/ICU RN background, now in the process of certifying as a Doula with DTI (Doula Trainings International) over the next 6-12 months. I have already completed the initial four-day intensive training for Doula and attend continuing trainings and classes to continue to grow. I am so excited about all that I’m learning geared towards helping advocate, educate, and support parents in their incredible journey of pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum! In addition to sharing healthy exercises/ movement/ positioning to support mom and baby, nutrition tips and sleep support strategies during pregnancy and the birthing process, I also provide education about birth plans, helpful birthing mindsets/ comfort measures, lactation, and postpartum support. I look forward to meeting you and seeing how I may be a support as you plan to welcome your new baby!

What to expect
