I’m Dominique Quarles, a mom of two beautiful and very active girls. I am certified in personal training, pelvic floor management, doula, postpartum rehabilitation and pain free exercise specialist. Most importantly I am a follower of Christ! As your Mommy Trainer Doula the goal to prenatal And postpartum support is to educate, lead, and guide you to birthing fearlessly, while building a strong healthy body through exercise and pain free movement!
(2) prenatal sessions: Virtual session to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tips, knowledge, and tools for labor and birth. Virtual comfort measures session to teach you and your support person(s) different comforting techniques to use during labor. Postpartum Planning Session Body Balancing Recommendations: Daily movement recommendations to relieve "normal" pregnancy discomfort, align your body and baby, and relieve tension in preparation for birth. On call from 37 weeks Unlimited text and email support to answer any questions and/or offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and labor. Unlimited virtual birth support. Virtual breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help with first latch and to establish feeding. (1) Virtual Postpartum Check In

In Person Comfort Measures Session to teach you and your support person(s) different comforting techniques to use during labor. Body Alignment and exercise Recommendations: Initial body alignment assessment and assessment of discomforts. Then, daily movement recommendations to relieve "normal" pregnancy discomfort, align your body and baby, and relieve tension in preparation for birth. + 1 Follow Up Session + Recommendations 1 hour in person postpartum follow up visit within the first 2 weeks after birth. On call from 37 weeks Unlimited text and email support to answer any questions and/or offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and labor. Unlimited in person birth support or virtual birth support if not admitted into the hospital

On call from 37 weeks Unlimited text and email support to answer any questions and/or offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and labor. Unlimited in person birth support or virtual birth support if not admitted into the hospital

Dominique was an advocate every step of the way. Each visit I had and the doctors I saw that would say one thing, Dominique would FaceTime and speak up for me and ask the questions so I could easily understand for me and my baby. She helped me understand as a first time mom how important it was to know what I was being told and assisted me in making best decisions for my birth.
