I offer birth support and postpartum care. The care will look different for every family and we can figure out what that looks like for you, together. I am here to help you with a transformative time and I will be there to help, encourage, and support you through your journey!

Birth Package (sliding scale)
Birth Doula Package (Sliding Scale: $600–$1,000)
This package is designed to provide continuous, compassionate support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum period.
Includes:
🤍 1–2 Prenatal Visits
We’ll meet before your birth to build a relationship, talk through your hopes and fears, create a birth plan, and go over comfort measures and what to expect.
🤍 Ongoing Text/Phone Support
Support throughout your pregnancy for questions, reassurance, and guidance as things come up.
🤍 On-Call Support (Starting at 38 Weeks)
I’ll be on call for you 24/7 from 38 weeks until your baby arrives, ready to join you when labor begins.
🤍 Continuous Labor & Birth Support
In-person support during labor, providing physical comfort (positioning, breathing, grounding techniques) and emotional support for you and your partner.
🤍 Immediate Postpartum Support (1–2 Hours)
Time after birth to help with initial recovery, feeding support, and making sure you feel settled.
🤍 1 Postpartum Follow-Up Visit
A chance to check in, process your birth experience, and offer additional support as you transition into postpartum life.

What’s your rate?
As a newly certified birth and postpartum doula, I offer a sliding scale for birth support ranging from $600–$1,000, depending on each client’s financial situation and support needs. I believe deeply that doula care should be accessible, and I’m committed to working with families to find a rate that feels fair and sustainable.
For postpartum support, my rate is $35/hour. This includes hands-on care for both parent and baby, emotional support, and help creating a calm, supported transition into life with a newborn.
