Hi parents! My name is Elissa and I am a Certified Postpartum Doula in Jersey City, NJ. My passion for postpartum support is rooted in both personal experience and professional training. After experiencing a difficult postpartum period myself, I was inspired to ensure other families feel seen, supported, and confident during this vulnerable transition. With years of experience in education, I approach postpartum care with patience, clarity, and a deep respect for each family’s unique needs.

Service introduction

As a postpartum doula, I provide virtual and/or hands-on support to families as they adjust to life with a new baby. My services include newborn care guidance, infant feeding support, light household help, and new parent education to help parents feel confident, rested, and supported during the early weeks and months.
