About me

Hi everyone! I’m Ellen Sciascia and I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I am a former children’s librarian and I have two toddler boys. I know first hand how the lack of sleep can leak into all areas of life. I’m passionate about getting families to the other side of sleep deprivation! Sleep is essential so let’s figure out a way to get good quality sleep! I love working with families figuring out what works best for YOU and YOUR baby, there is no one size fits all!

I have several package options on my website. We can work together as much or a little as you need! We can hop on a 30 minute consultation to work through your questions or I offer more extensive packages like 2 week follow ups or in home sleep help.
