About Melissa

Hi, I’m Melissa, Certified Sleep Consultant with a background in Paediatric Speech Pathology and mum to two children. I am passionate about empowering parents to get their little one’s sleep on track so that everyone gets the rest they need. My methods are underpinned by the best available evidence and I always take into account parenting styles and a baby’s temperament when recommending a settling technique as not one size fits all. As I’ve also experienced having a difficult sleeper, I can relate to parents and provide non judgemental support. I work with babies and children aged 0-4 providing face to face, phone and email consultations depending on location and preference.

Sleep Coach services

I provide face to face, phone/virtual and email support depending on location and preference. I have a comprehensive package which includes a sleep assessment, fully individualised sleep plan and 2 weeks of support, or an express package which includes a sleep assessment and phone consultation. The express package is designed more for those minor sleep issues however a comprehensive package is best suited to those needing to work on self settling. I also offer an add on package for existing clients if they require an extra week of support.
