Hi! I'm a certified postpartum and infant care doula and eager to help you and your growing family! I'm a mom of two little ones (2 under 2!) and beyond passionate and knowledgeable about pregnancy, postpartum, and all things infant care! I've been a public school education teacher for several years as well as an early childhood educator for children in early intervention services. I hold a Master's Degree in Special Education and Behavioral Science. This is why I'm also passionate about teaching childcare classes to expectant moms! I offer postpartum care and support for mom and baby. As a postpartum and infant care doula, I focus on your healing and baby's development and early life. I am here to help through those long, hard, early days filled with questions, confusion, and at times, exhaustion! Let's talk all things baby and mom during those first few weeks home. From swaddling and diapering to wake windows and the baby blues, we'll chat about it all. This is a great class to take for expectant first time moms! You'll leave feeling more prepared for the early postpartum period (and yes- how to hold boundaries during it!) while feeling more at ease about those pestering newborn questions that keep you up at night.

Did an intro class for postpartum/newborn care and it was super informative! I feel much more confident for when my baby arrives in April. Erin demonstrated swaddling and diapering and also had me practice it a few times. Very hands on. She taught me about feeding times and sleep schedule and the resources to support these. Most importantly, she gave me tips on how to take care of me too. It is also a bonus that she is a mom of 2, a toddler and a baby so she’s very experienced and has done it all twice more recently (in a short timeframe too!). Looking forward to doing more sessions with her.
