About me

Hi, I’m Evelyn, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and DONA certified birth doula who is passionate about helping families feel confident, informed, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. My work began with lactation support, where I discovered how much families benefit from having someone in their corner who listens without judgment and helps them understand their options. As a doula, I’m able to expand that support even further by helping families prepare for birth, navigate the unexpected, advocate for themselves, and feel empowered in their decisions. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or adding another little one to your family, my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, reassured, and never alone. My philosophy is simple: your birth and feeding journey belong to you.

As a Birth Doula, I offer prenatal education and birth preparation, continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor, comfort measures, and advocacy to help families feel confident in their choices. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I provide personalized breastfeeding and infant-feeding support, including prenatal lactation education, newborn feeding assessments, latch and positioning assistance, pumping guidance, milk-supply support, back-to-work consultations, and help navigating common feeding challenges.
