Seeking TRICARE certified and participating doula. Plan to give birth in Washington Hospital, DC. Hoping to keep budget under whatever is covered by TRICARE. Mother is 35 years old, planning for birth in hospital.

I plan to give birth at a birthing center. I’m looking for quotes and don’t necessarily have an estimated budget. I want to have an unmedicated birth with support from a doula and midwife — who are ideally Black. I’d like providers that have experience, especially with clients who have trauma history. Birth Plan simplified: arrive to hospital at 6cm (hospital policy) receive epidural. No Cesarean delivery and/or Episiotomy. Golden hour/ Delayed cord cutting. Low stress environment.
