I’m looking for a faith-centered doula who will support an informed, low-intervention birth while also respecting medical recommendations when they’re truly necessary. I had a positive epidural birth with my first child and am open to an epidural again. I want help navigating induction and intervention conversations, staying calm and grounded during labor, and making sure my husband feels included and supported as well.

I’m currently looking for an experienced doula who can provide support during labor and delivery, as well as during the first few days postpartum. I’m planing to give birth at Inova Alexandria.
