My insurance requires me to birth at Virginia Hospital Center and I've always been the kind of person to put half my trust in medical science and half my trust in holistic belief, I want to do everything I can to train my body and mind to be ready for the beautiful journey of childbirth. I want to build an ideal birth plan and have a doula that can help me Advocate it when I am in the zone during labor. Some goals i'd like to learn more about: Interested in alternative birthing positions like squatting or knees, might not want an epidural, Up to 40min delayed chord clamping, no wiping off the vernix.

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. My budget is around $1500. My ideal birth plan, I want my husband in the room. I want to be able to walk around or be on a birthing ball.
