Requirements: Minimum 3 years of postpartum doula experience Infant CPR certification Fluent in English Experience supporting breastfeeding (flexible based on how feeding evolves) Support Needed Postpartum recovery support for mom for 6 weeks (including monitoring and comfort care) Newborn care and education for first-time parents Sleep training guidance Light household support (e.g., laundry) We are hoping to find someone compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive, who can balance hands-on support with education and reassurance for new parents.
