Rich Rising Everyone! Please feel free to call me Torie, I’m a mom to 3 amazing Adults and a special Angel (Yes, I am a SIDS mama). Born in Washington, DC, and I currently travel to families in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and the Atlanta region of Georgia as an Ancient Songs Certified Full Spectrum Community Doula. I’ve been in the perinatal and birth worker space since 2007, and in 2020, I became a Certified End of Life Doula in order to be polycentric for families and friends, and to expound my knowledge and field set as a mediator and facilitator. I come for a federal government and nonprofit background and later I decided to pivot into consulting, advocacy work and lobby. My goals are always to provide and be a judgement-free safe space while I provide the tools, resources and support for you, Baby and the support that will be there for you throughout your journey of parenthood. I am the liaison for your medical dairy incase you need assistance communicating with your OBGyn, their staff, or your midwife. Since 2015, I have served clients as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. In 2021, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have served over 80 clients having vaginal births after caesarean (VBAC)  planned/unplanned C-sections, vaginal medicated and unmedicated births. I assisted close to 150 families as a postpartum doula, helping them adjust to parenthood with daytime or nighttime visits. I love assisting at births but the greatest joy for me is postpartum work. Families are under prepared for the changes that come during the first 3 months after birth. Having a guide makes the 4th trimester much smoother.

I’m a loving, caring, patient & fun caregiver who absolutely genuinely loves working with infants. I’m a Doula, Postpartum Doula, New Born Specialist, in home care provider w/experience in Pediatric care w/INFANTS & Toddlers and Respite care. I have experience w/preemies & special needs as well. She is a self proclaimed "book worm", and constantly is found reading books or listening to podcasts that challenge her to dig deeper and learn more. This has opened doors for her in the arenas of public speaking, advocacy, and business coaching. Tiara values her life experiences and uses them as reference points to better serve her clients. As a mother of five children, her "on the job" experience has allowed her to meet her clients where they are, and give them a honest and transparent perspective of what to expect. Some of her specialities are supporting families with NICU journeys, multiples, and various other multifaceted cases. Hello everyone, my name is Kelsey Thomas and I am a certified birth and Postpartum Doula located in Baltimore, Maryland. For the past 6 years I have had the pleasure of creating memories with all my mom friend. I have a passion for helping, caring, cooking and nurturing others. I have my bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. I believe having a positive birth experience can create an easy recovery for moms to heal with proper nourishing meals and rest. In my 6 years of practice, I have created an easy flow space for moms to feel relaxed and calm while pumping and nursing. In my free time I like to go for long walks and enjoy spending time with my 3 kids, date night, and family or friend game night. Hello my name is Anyi (Angie) I am a mom of 2 little gentleman and 1 little princess. I am happily married with my husband almost 10+ thank God for my family. My first pregnancy was tough I was far from family member. It was just my husband and I wish I had a doula to feel that comfort and joy that we were expecting. I don't want anyone to feel that way. It's amazing to be able to carry a little one in our belly's. My other two pregnancy I had different injuries, when your pregnancy there so much we need to be careful about and when I was in the park I hurt my legs because there was a metal pole where I couldn't see it because my belly was big. Lastly I had broken my pelvic. Thank God I am heal from everything that has happened to me. I was still able to give birth naturally 3 times. The first 1 with Epidural.. I have learn so much about Nutrition, how to increase breast milk. How to prevent injuries how to prevent miscarriages. How to stay fit while pregnant and how to have a smooth labor and recovery. I have learn massage for lower back pain. I don't have my credentials but I have more experience and have helped many women. I hope that I can help you too!

Additionally, I recently obtained my Certified Breastfeeding Specialist certificate (CBS) from Lactation Education Resources in October 2025. Prior to getting into birth work, I attended Notre Dame of Maryland University, where I studied biology and graduated with high honors. I have since become a mother of 2.
