midwife that accepts Cigna and will do a home birth
I would like to deliver at home and searching for a provider that will do so and accept my insurance which is Cigna.
Hello. I am 10 weeks pregnant. I’m an Active Duty member of the Marine Corps (TriCare). I had an open myomectomy in June 2025 where they slightly breached the uterine cavity. I am not comfortable giving birth in a hospital and would like to have a vaginal delivery. I have done my research and there seems to be a less than 1% chance of uterine rupture. I don’t know what a birth plan entails. For TriCare to cover this, I will need a Certified Nurse Midwife who is Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and has a license to practice Nurse-Midwifery in Virginia. I hope someone can take my case. Thank you for your time, Morgan
First baby I’m planning to do a birthing tub and having the baby at VCU hospital, I’m looking do a doula

First baby would like a to give birth in birthing center near bristow VA 20136 or ideally at home. I would love to do birth in water but if not then laboring in water would be ideal. Would like the option to have laughing gas as pain management. I have anthem PPO plan and I'm I believe 4 weeks + 1 currently. Would like a holistic functional midwife and birth team that takes insurance and not paying out of pocket.
I plan to give birth at home. I have not made a birth plan yet. I will be using my insurance through Tricare.
I am pregnant and looking for a full spe trum provider.
This will be my second home water birth. I plan to have my baby naturally and unmedicated. I like to be very hands on and prefer someone who is okay taking the backseat or driving so to speak, whenever I express so. I want to avoid a hospital birth but if it’s necessary I’m willing to listen to the advice of a midwife but if I am uncomfortable with something I will say so. I prefer someone who has attended and assisted many births, at least 200. I’d like to find a birth center or in home midwife that can be covered or partially covered by Medicaid and I have anthem health keepers plus. If out of pocket, I’d like to stay close to $4,000 for prenatal care and birth. I’d like a person who is knowledgeable in breastfeeding and who can assist immediately after birth or direct me to someone who can.
First Baby, hoping to deliver naturally or vaginal birth in northern virginia. Might be willing to get an epidural. Need good guidance and support.
I plan on giving birth in a hospital. My budget is around $1500. My ideal birth plan, I want my husband in the room. I want to be able to walk around or be on a birthing ball. I want to try to have a natural birth but if I get to be in too much pain I want an epidural. This will be my second birth. I’m not opposed to an epidural. I want to try to have a natural birth but it any complications come up and a c-section is necessary I’m also not opposed, whatever is safe for me and baby. I want to have help with breathing techniques and coaching when it’s time to push. I don’t want forceps used, if help for baby is needed than I’m not opposed to the vacuum as a last option (avoid if possible). Delayed cord clamping for 2 mins. Skin to skin with mom and dad. I want to breast feed.
I would like to give birth in a hospital and unmedicated. I have Tricare Reserve Select as insurance. I want a calm environment. No induction, no cervical exams, and intermittent fetal monitoring

I am 23 yrs old, currently 29 weeks and 2 days along, and this is my first pregnancy. I am going to be birthing at the VHC hospital. I have ICP and so the plan for me is to have an induced vaginal birth at 37 weeks. The exact date has not yet been set, however it will be sometime between 37 weeks and 0 days to 37 weeks and 3 days (Dec 9-12).
