Caring for more than 250 newborns has given me a wealth of experience in transitional care of babies into family life. This is accomplished by establishing successful feed/sleep routines, teaching calming techniques and answering the myriad questions that would be in a manual if babies came with one. This enables everyone to get much needed rest much sooner than is typically experienced in this scenario. As a Certified Sleep Consultant, also known as "The Sleep Angel" I also assist families who have not had the benefit of my guidance from the beginning of life with their baby. Tackling issues of sleep disturbance/interruption in older infants/toddlers with gentle, supportive techniques results in peace in the home environment that only sleep can provide.
