I want to use my Medicaid to give birth at a birthing center.

I am not expecting yet, but I want to be fully prepared. I would like to have a natural water birth at a birthing center. I hope to not use any medication unless it is really needed. I have a mental health therapist and have struggled with many mental issues since I was around 12 years old. Fear is my biggest hurdle.

I am looking to have a home birth, but this would be my first one and I have a history of high blood pressure, so we may need to at least discuss the possibility of a hospital birth. My budget is around $6,000. I like to spend most of my labor in my bathtub. For this birth I want to have a midwife with me to coach me through to the end of labor so I do not have to leave the comfort of my own home. I want to delay cutting the umbilical cord as well.

OB/GYN and hospital that accept CHAMPVA. Also interested in therapist.

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant with my first child and am planning to have an at home or birthing center birth. I would like a calm birth with minimal people in the room, preferably just my husband and the midwife . I am debating between a water birth or a non water birth. Preferred certification is either a certified midwife or a certified professional midwife, having experience with many different types of birth and scenarios. I currently do not have an estimated budget, but will be able to provide one after I do further research

Im 27 on my 5th kid and this baby IS MY LAST baby and I want to get the at home experience and I want my kids and family with me while I do it

I am looking for a midwife to come help me when I give birth at my home. I have had previous children with no issues and would like to do this one on my own at our farm. We are on a budget and I am on state insurance and see the Obgyn for appointments (because free) but do not want to birth at a hospital. I am very holistic.

I want to see if i can get a ultrasound. I am 5 months pregnant and haven’t felt my baby move in the last 3 days. Is that normal or not?

I’m going to be honest I’m not really sure… All I know is I’ve been mentally and physically preparing my body for a natural birth; this is my first and I’m pretty young. I plan to give birth in my home, with hopefully a birthing tub which I’m trying to save for. I want a pretty natural birth, maybe some oils, soft music, yknow the basic calming vibe. Dim lights and allowing my body to do what nature does best. If no complications and baby arrives healthy, I wish for a lotus birth, let the baby get everything it needs from the placenta and I wish to breastfeed and do some skin to skin. And I wish to delay the first baby’s bath for when I feel ready. I honesty just want someone to trust in me trusting in myself because I’ve been through quite a bit in my short life so far and this experience I want to be beautiful and fulfilling … Price range I can do 1200-1800… if more I can do but maybe a payment plan.

I would like to do a hospital birth that feels like home. I would Prefer a women of color. My birth plan is just to have an easy birth. I would like to do no epidural ( they just scare me) but if they have other pain meds I would be okay with it. Um no budget but very cost efficient
