About me

I see labor and postpartum as sacred portals—times when a woman is invited to slow down, soften, and listen deeply to her inner wisdom. As a doula, I offer grounded, compassionate support rooted in reverence for the body, the rhythms of birth, and the power of women supporting women. My intention is to help you feel safe, empowered, and spiritually held as you welcome new life and step into your own transformation. In my free time, I enjoy being an auntie to my precious nanny kiddos, trying new wellness practices, and doing mindful movement through hiking, strength training, and yoga.

Service introduction

I offer both doula care and night nanny support to nurture families through the sacred transition into parenthood. As a doula, I provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor and the postpartum period—holding space with compassion, intuition, and deep respect for your journey. My care is rooted in presence and sisterhood, honoring the wisdom of your body while helping you feel grounded, supported, and empowered as you step into this new chapter. In the quiet hours after birth, I also offer night nanny care for newborns, creating a peaceful, restorative environment so parents can rest and heal. Whether through soothing, feeding support, gentle newborn care, or simply holding calm space in the stillness of the night, my intention is to support both baby and family with tenderness and trust. This combined care allows your postpartum experience to be held with softness, continuity, and reverence—so you are never walking this season alone.

As your due date approaches, I provide on-call availability, followed by continuous, in-person support throughout labor and birth—offering grounding presence, hands-on comfort, emotional reassurance, and advocacy so you feel heard, respected, and empowered. After birth, I remain with you to support bonding and transition, and include a postpartum follow-up visit for reflection, integration, and continued care.
