About me

I am a mother, nursing student, and Latina doula who is deeply passionate about supporting families through one of the most transformative times of their lives. My background includes years of caregiving, hands-on clinical experience in labor and delivery, and a strong foundation in maternal and child health. I approach every family with warmth, respect, and cultural humility, recognizing that each pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is unique. Whether you are preparing for your first baby or growing your family, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, informed, and empowered to make decisions that align with your values. My philosophy centers on compassionate, evidence-based care that honors both the emotional and physical aspects of parenthood. I believe that education is power, and I aim to provide clear, supportive guidance so you can feel confident and prepared every step of the way. I also value the importance of community, connection, and advocacy—ensuring that you have access to resources and feel supported beyond our time together. Above all, I am here to walk alongside you, offering reassurance, knowledge, and care as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition.

Service introduction

I offer holistic, family-centered doula support that nurtures you through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. During pregnancy, I provide personalized education to help you feel prepared and confident—covering topics like labor expectations, comfort measures, birth planning, and navigating your options within the healthcare system. I also offer virtual or in-person consultations, so you can ask questions, process your experiences, and feel supported every step of the way. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, heard, and empowered as you prepare to welcome your baby. During birth and postpartum, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your needs. This includes comfort techniques during labor, advocacy support, partner guidance, and reassurance throughout your birth experience. After your baby arrives, I offer hands-on newborn care support, feeding guidance (breastfeeding, pumping, or formula), light household help, and recovery support as you adjust to this new chapter. I also connect families with trusted local resources in the community, ensuring you feel supported not just during our time together, but beyond.
