What to expect

I currently offer in person birth and postpartum doula services in San Diego and virtual services for all others. As a doula, I serve as a resource, comforting support, and advocate for birthing people and families. I do not make decisions or perform any medical tasks for families, but rather provide evidence-based education to help families make informed decisions. I offer emotional and physical support and care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum seasons and empower you to trust your body and decision making. I help soften transitions and provide peace of mind knowing you and your little one are cared for.

I had the best experience with Hadley as my doula. Being a first time mom and not knowing anything about the process, Hadley helped me every step of the way prenatally to my birth in the hospital. She is so patient, loving, and always made me so comfortable. During the process she answered any questions I had during pregnancy, labor, and birth. I would not want anyone else as my doula and I highly recommend her!
