As a doula, I provide compassionate, personalized support throughout the birthing journey, focusing on both emotional and physical well-being. I use comfort techniques such as grounding breathwork, massage, position changes, and pain management tools to help create a calming and supportive environment during labor. I also prioritize emotional support by listening without judgment, offering reassurance, and holding space for whatever the birthing person is feeling. Partner involvement is an important part of my care—I help partners feel confident and connected, guiding them in ways to offer meaningful support so they can be present and engaged throughout the experience.

Birth Doula Support

My birth support services include continuous physical and emotional support during labor, using comfort techniques like massage, breathing, and movement to ease pain and promote relaxation. I also guide and involve partners so they feel confident and connected throughout the birth experience.

$1,700 USD · Flat rate

Birth Only

I am able to offer up to 12 hours of birth support for those who would like to opt out of prenatal and postpartum visits. After 12 hours I will bill an additional $75/ hr. If price is a barrier please reach out to me and I am willing to work with you to find a solution or other resources.

What to expect

I offer a range of doula services designed to support you before, during, and after birth. My services include prenatal visits where we discuss your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and prepare both you and your partner for labor. I provide continuous labor support with hands-on comfort measures, emotional reassurance, and advocacy to help you feel empowered and informed. I also offer postpartum check-ins to provide guidance, answer questions, and help ease the transition into parenthood. Whether it's your first baby or your fourth, my goal is to create a safe, supportive experience tailored to your unique needs.
