Birth doula jobs and postpartum doula jobs across Indiana, on one board.
This is my fourth baby and I have potential placenta accreta. So at the very least I’m looking at a cesarean between 37-38 weeks but I might need a hysterectomy. For a cesarean only my husband will only be able to take off 2 weeks. However if I need the hysterectomy, I’m sure he’ll be able to take more time. So a lot is up in the air! And we have a 6 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old. What I really need help with is for a couple of weeks after my husband goes back to work; drop off and pick up for my oldest, light tidying/laundry/errands and perhaps some childcare for my middle two at home.
This is our first baby, plan to give birth at Elkhart general hospital and I want to do unmedicated, I am currently without work and I’m on insurance through the state. I have anthem blue cross blue shield. I have no idea what’s normal and what’s not, I’ve been told not to google things from my dr. I dont know nothing about giving birth all I know is im terrified and excited at the same time! Im 29 weeks right now!
looking for postpartum care
Hi! This is our first baby and we are leaning toward a hospital birth since there are no birth centers in the area. We don't have a specific birth plan yet but want to be as natural and unmedicated as possible. Especially in a hospital setting - we don't want any of the "standard" monitoring and medicine forced on us. I am 11 weeks and seeking someone to coach us through labor and delivery prep and accompany at the birth. I look forward to hearing from you!
Vbac and birth assistance. Wife currently going exercises and we are looking also for a reliable doula to help during labor
First baby in Greenfield. Looking for a postpartum doula. Unsure of tasks, helping around the house and has newborn feeding experience. I am unsure on cost. I have anxiety and am praying for a good birth experience and smooth postpartum. 2 to 3 days a week, during day time. Help with upkeep of home, laundry, dishes.
Hi! My name is shyanne Braun, I just turned 17, and this is my first pregnancy. I struggle with severe anxiety and hospital setting ptsd, I just recently found out that angels (i mean doula's) exist! And would love to have someone present during my delivery. I plan to give birth at saint vincent randolph hospital in Winchester Indiana, I have a paper birth plan filled out and ready to go! I'd love to go over that further into this process. I don't have a huge budget but do reside in a low income household. Hopefully this works out! Thank you for your time

This is my first pregnancy. We are looking at Cameron Hospital in Angola for the birth. I’m looking for someone to advocate for me and baby and coach my husband to help me. I want to go the more natural route: unmedicated birth, delayed cord clamping, no eye ointment for baby, delayed vaccines, and more. I’m interested in exploring doulas and seeing what they offer.
I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I’m on Medicaid so if it’s not covered by insurance I won’t be able to achieve this. I am looking to have a vba2c, I’d love to have a vbac, but overall want what’s safest for my baby.

I’m looking to get additional info on what this looks like as well. Please let me know if you can help and we can set up a time to discuss! Thanks! :)
