I pay close attention to a baby's individual cues while supporting the feeding, sleep, and daily routines that parents want established in their home. I also understand that I am stepping into a family's most personal space during a very tender season. My role is to make life easier, bring a steady and peaceful presence into the home, and care for a baby in a way that allows parents to feel completely comfortable when they are not there. As a mother myself and someone with a background in early childhood education, I understand both sides of the nanny-family relationship. I value open communication, reliability, common sense, and respecting that parents ultimately know their child and decide how they want their baby cared for. I am nurturing and affectionate, but also experienced enough to be confident and capable without needing to take over.
