I also became a NICU mom after delivering my daughter prematurely at 29 weeks due to severe preeclampsia, an experience that deeply shaped the way I support and advocate for mothers today. I have a passion for community assistance ever since I have knowledge. I remember as a little girl helped the elders after school at only 9 years old. As years passed me passion for helping our community grew stronger. So I began my journey in the medical field as a RMA in the OB GYN specialty. I still felt that I can do more for my community and one day in bible study a lady I met called herself a Doula and I asked what is a doula and once she explained to me what a Doula is I immediately looked into it and it was an instant match for me.
