About Corina
Hi, I'm Corina - midwife, mother, and matrescence facilitator.
For over 30 years, I’ve held sacred space for women at their most raw and powerful moments—guiding them through the threshold of childbirth and into the postpartum period as a midwife. As a single mother of three and a purpose-driven entrepreneur, I know intimately the ache of trying to hold it all together while slowly losing touch with myself.
After the birth of my third daughter, I was brought to my knees by the depths of postpartum depression and anxiety. I turned to the very tools I now teach—embodiment, feminine power, and the transformational map of matrescence—to reclaim my life from burnout and disconnection.
Today, as a midwife and transformational facilitator, I support mothers in doing the same: coming home to themselves, reigniting their passion, and stepping fully into the powerful, integrated women they were born to be—at home, in business, and in the world.
Package includes complete prenatal care, including prenatal circles, a home visit at 36 weeks if planning a homebiirth, attendance at the birth and for at least 3 hours after, assistant for the birth, initial newborn care, breastfeeding support, filing of the birth certificate, and 5-6 postpartum visits.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose a midwife?
A midwife offers several advantages over standard obstetric care. While obstetric care is designed for pathology, midwifery care views pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as normal, physiological processes that are holistic in nature. They involve emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual components. Because of that midwives offer care that is relationship based, typically investing an hour of time for each prenatal and postpartum visit. Expect to be an active participant in your care through the process of informed decision making. Midwifery care provides much more extensive postpartum care, often 5-6 visits, whereas with an OB there is one singular visit around 4-6 weeks postpartum. Research has consistently shown that community birth is low-risk, with fewer interventions and higher rates of client satisfaction.
Why home birth?
Home birth provides the perfect setting for low-risk mothers wanting an intervention-free birth. Mammals when giving birth will typically go to the smallest, darkest corner and there's a reason for that. The hormonal cascade of labor is best supported by a dimly lit environment that feels safe, familiar, and private. Humans are also mammals! Being in your own home allows you to feel securely on your turf, choose your attendants without restrictions from hospital policy, eat and drink and move around as you wish, and get tucked into your own bed when it's all over! And there's no stress about when to leave for the hospital.
Do you offer waterbirth, VBAC, twin and breech birth?
Yes to all.
About 90% of my clients birth in water. It is a fabulous tool for relaxation, increases the release of endorphins, shortens the length of labor, decreases tearing, and contains the mess!
I have been attending VBAC births for decades and am passionate about helping women achieve their VBAC dream and reduce the C-section rate.
Twin and breech birth are also offered on a case by case basis.
What is MotherFly about?
MotherFly was born from both my professional experience supporting over 1,200 women and my own journey through burnout, anxiety, and postpartum depression. After witnessing how many mothers struggle long after the baby is born, I created MotherFly to support the often-overlooked transformation of motherhood, known as matrescence.
MotherFly helps mothers move beyond overwhelm and survival mode so they can reconnect with themselves, their creativity, purpose, and community.
Current offerings include:
MotherFly: Thrive Beyond Burnout – a transformational coaching program for mothers who are feeling depleted, anxious, disconnected, or off-purpose.
The Matrescence Circle – a supportive community where mothers gather for connection, reflection, education, and mutual support through all stages of motherhood.
Motherblessing Ceremonies – meaningful gatherings that honor and celebrate women as they prepare to welcome a new baby.
Closing of the Bones Ceremonies – a traditional postpartum healing ritual that helps mothers integrate their birth experience and transition into a new chapter of life.
At its heart, MotherFly is based on a simple belief: when mothers are supported, everyone benefits. Motherhood isn't meant to be endured—it can be a pathway to growth, healing, and transformation.
