About me

Hi! I am a holistic certified full spectrum doula, meaning I specialize in prenatal care, labor and delivery (birth doula), and postpartum support. I love working with pregnant moms, and what makes me unique is that I offer quality, personalized care for moms and their birth partners. I am calm, down to earth, patient, and heart-centered. I like keeping my clients inspired and informed about their care. I am compassionate. I advocate fully for the families I serve and truly feel that this is my calling. My primary goal is to help moms feel safe and supported with smooth pregnancies and healthy pregnancy outcomes. Together we can do this :) As a holistic doula, I use evidence-based research in my practice and have over twenty years of experience working in holistic health, serving female clients and their birth partners. I work with families to develop comfort measures throughout pregnancy, relaxation techniques, birth partner support, and a comprehensive birth and postpartum plan. To be as flexible and accommodating as possible, I offer telehealth visits, in-person visits, and phone calls. My own journey to becoming a mom is quite unique. After years of infertility, several rounds of IUI, and even IVF, I finally had my miracle baby. I know firsthand how valuable a doula is in a mother's life, supporting her entire journey while also providing support to precious birth partners. I am passionate about helping provide access to mothers who need it most, offering comfort and care during their pregnancy journey while helping reduce disparities in maternal health. On a personal note, in addition to my doula work, I have an extensive background as a facilitator with a wide range of communities, uplifting women and youth while creating film and photography. I also have an extensive background in Higher Education. I am spiritual, and this grounds how I show up for every family I serve, listening closely to their needs, providing emotional support and comfort, and advocating for them every step of the way. My goal is to help every family feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Service introduction

I accept most health plans. If you don't see your health plan above just contact me. Your doula services are often covered for free by your provider. A typical Medi-cal Coverage, for instance, covers: 8 prenatal or post partum visits Labor and Birth Support 2 Extended Post Partum Support with 1 immediately after birth. OPTIONAL: 9 additional post partum visits.
