About me

Hi, I'm Dr. Jaye. I am a holistic certified full spectrum Doula who offers personalized and compassionate care for all of my Doula clients. As a holistic Doula, I use evidence-based research in my practice and have over 20 years of experience working in holistic health servicing female clients and their birth partners. Some of my specialties include prenatal, labor & delivery, as well as Post Partum support. I am spiritual, take my time, listen to my clients, advocate for my clients, and can work with you to develop comfort measures throughout your entire pregnancy, relaxation techniques, birth partner support, as well a comprehensive prenatal, labor/birth, and post partum plan. To be as flexible and as accommodating as possible, I provide tele-health visits (virtual), in person visits, and phone calls. I accept Medi-Cal insurance (including other insurances) and can work with you to develop comfort measures throughout your entire pregnancy, relaxation techniques, birth partner support, as well a comprehensive birth and post partum plan. My own journey to becoming a mom is quite unique. After suffering from years of infertility, several rounds of IUI and even IVF, I finally had my miracle baby. I know how valuable a Doula is in a mother's life, supporting her entire journey while also providing support to precious birth partners. I want to help provide access to mom's who need it most and provide them with comfort and care during their own pregnancy journey while reducing disparities in maternal health. In addition to working as a Doula, I have an extensive background working as a facilitator with a vast array of communities, uplifting women and youth while creating film and photography. I am spiritual. In my Doula practice, I focus on providing emotional support, comfort, and care, listening to my client's needs while advocating for them as well. Let's work together. Service introduction

I accept most health plans. Your doula services are often covered for free by your provider. A typical Medi-cal Coverage, for instance, covers: 8 prenatal or post partum visits Labor and Birth Support 2 Extended Post Partum Support with 1 immediately after birth. OPTIONAL: 9 additional post partum visits.
