Hi there! My name is Janet and I am an RN and certified pediatric sleep consultant. I work with families on any and all sleep concerns with babies and toddlers age newborn-5 years old. I truly believe that each child and family is unique and tailor the plan to fit the situation, comfort level, and parenting philosophy of each family. Whether it be naptime issues, bedtime battles, transitions, constant night waking, schedule questions, etc- I can help! Even if you are pregnant or trying to conceive and wondering how you can lay down a healthy sleep foundation from day one! Please feel free to reach out!

Sleep Coach services

I offer a variety of packages to best fit your needs. Anything from a quick 30 minute phone call to my full package including an hour long consult with an extensive intake evaluation, custom sleep plan, and two weeks of daily support. I have something for everyone, and offer a free 15 minute introductory call.
