I’m Jaqueline, Full Spectrum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist and Sleep Consultant in the East Bay Area! I’m passionate about every parent receiving the support that they need. I believe that all parts of your journey matter equally, and that’s why I’m so excited to offer birth, postpartum, newborn care and sleep consulting! My journey began with a move from Brazil to the US, where I initially served families as a nanny. Feeling called to provide deeper support, I became a newborn care specialist and dual-certified sleep consultant. After having my own babies, my passion for holistic care grew, and I was inspired to get my birth and postpartum doula certifications. Now, I'm excited to combine my passion and years of expertise to serve families like yours holistically throughout the East Bay Area and San Francisco, guiding you from pregnancy through your child's early years.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Virtual Sleep Consulting

This package is suitable for parents of infants and toddlers aged 4 months old to 4 years old. What's included: - 3 weeks of 1:1 coaching. - 30-60 minute sleep assessment (Zoom). - Written sleep plan customized to your child's & family's needs. - 60-minute sleep plan overview and Q&A video call (zoom). - Text & voice support during bedtime on the 1st night of the training. - Unlimited daily 1:1 voice & text support (between 7 am and 7 pm PST). - 3x 15-minute weekly check-in calls. - Access to a sleep & routine log with daily feedback. With bonuses: - Graduation guide: “Keep Feeling Rested” with everything you need to keep your little one sleeping independently as they grow, from daily sleep needs, sample schedules, how to manage teething, illness, travel, daylight savings, and more. - 3 months of follow up support, including a 30-minute check-in call to use within 90 days after completing the program.

Starting rate at $65.00/hour.
