About me

Jasmine Middleton is a Certified CAPPA birth doula, Certified Full Spectrum Doula, postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and a peer breastfeeding counselor. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity Management and Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. She has found a love for breastfeeding after having her son in 2018 and having the best lactation consultant. She has expanded and embraced her purpose as a birth worker to become a doula. Her oldest, Liam, was born via emergency C-section and her youngest, Ausar, was a VBAC, as a home birth. She has breastfed both of them a total of 6 years. She has extended her knowledge by researching and learning from other mothers who breastfed their little ones in a Facebook Group. She has had the opportunity to become a moderator in the same group. She strives to assist mothers and their families by recommending evidence based research and a holistic approach during prenatal, natal and postpartum. A mother and partner should be able to make their informed choice on what they decide is best for their baby. She is here to guide and support what decision is made.
