Jasmine Middleton is a Certified CAPPA birth doula, Certified Full Spectrum Doula, postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and a peer breastfeeding counselor. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity Management and Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. She has found a love for breastfeeding after having her son in 2018 and having the best lactation consultant. She has expanded and embraced her purpose as a birth worker to become a doula. Her oldest, Liam, was born via emergency C-section and her youngest, Ausar, was a VBAC, as a home birth. She has breastfed both of them a total of 6 years. She has extended her knowledge by researching and learning from other mothers who breastfed their little ones in a Facebook Group. She has had the opportunity to become a moderator in the same group. She strives to assist mothers and their families by recommending evidence based research and a holistic approach during prenatal, natal and postpartum. A mother and partner should be able to make their informed choice on what they decide is best for their baby. She is here to guide and support what decision is made.

Jasmine was my first doula experience. She assisted me with the birthing process of my husbands and i fourth child. Jasmine was very kind, gentle and available, she came prepared to help me in my birthing journey. Jasmine worked well with the hospital staff and made sure my needs were met. All in all she was great!

We visited Charleston for a month and we had a mutual friend recommend Chinique. She helped us as a night nurse and sitter. She was incredible with our 2 month old baby brooks. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs support with a newborn!

Adding to my wife's review, because Cassidee deserves both. As the dad, what I cared about was reliability, and she was flawless. She let herself in at 3:30 in the morning while we were asleep, got Wesley out of his bassinet without ever waking us, and had him fed and changed by the time we were up. Never once late. Not one shift. She left us a note every morning on how the night went, so we knew exactly where he was at when we took over. She handled his bottles and his laundry, and she was always asking how else she could help. Professional, dependable, and genuinely good with our son. If you're looking for a postpartum doula, you won't do better.

Working with Paisley from Gracious Beginnings Doula Care was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From the moment we connected, she made me feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Her calm presence, wealth of knowledge, and genuine care made such a difference — not only during labor but in the weeks leading up to it and after my baby arrived. She took the time to understand my birth preferences, helped me feel more confident and prepared, and was a true advocate when I needed it most. Postpartum, she checked in on me, helped me navigate those early newborn days, and reminded me to take care of myself too. You can tell that this work is deeply personal to her, and her passion shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s more than a doula, she’s a gift.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Teshia during my pregnancy, birth and afterwards and I can't recommend her highly enough. As a first time mom, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect. From our first meeting, Teshia put me at ease with her warmth, knowledge, and clam presence. She took the time to understand my birth preferences, answer questions (and I had a lot) and support both me and my partner through every stage. Her support made a huge difference in helping me feel empowered, in control and equipped with the right information to make decisions. If you are looking for a doula who is compassionate, spiritual, reliable and deeply committed to your well-being and baby, Teshia is amazing to work with.

I loved having Courtney as my Doula. She was so sweet and kind. It was my first pregnancy and I was so scared and she helped guide me through everything. She did such a great job with defending my wants while I was lost in the world of giving birth 😅. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is so amazing and knowledgeable!!

September 2026

We are so grateful we found Cass to support our family during the newborn stage. From the very beginning, she was kind, dependable, caring, and incredibly attentive with our baby boy. As first-time parents, having someone we trusted caring for him overnight gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to get the rest we desperately needed. Cass always made us feel comfortable and kept us updated throughout the night, and it was very clear how genuinely caring and nurturing she was with our son. We always felt completely at ease knowing he was in her hands. She became such a special part of our postpartum experience, and we will truly miss having her with us. We would absolutely recommend Cass to any family looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and supportive postpartum doula. 🤍
