Hi, I’m Paisley Wilson — a certified doula, loss mama, and the heart behind Gracious Beginnings Doula Care. After experiencing both the beauty and heartbreak of motherhood, I felt a deep calling to support families through every stage of their journey — from pregnancy and birth to postpartum and even loss. My approach is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and lived experience. I believe every family deserves to feel informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for. Whether you're preparing to welcome your baby, navigating postpartum, or honoring a precious life gone too soon, I’m here to walk with you — with grace, support, and open arms.

At Gracious Beginnings Doula Care, I provide personalized support for families during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and even in times of loss. My services are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re preparing for your first birth, healing after a previous experience, welcoming a rainbow baby, or navigating the unimaginable pain of loss. As a birth doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before and during labor to help you feel confident and empowered. My postpartum services include in-home support to help ease the transition into life with a newborn — whether that means help with baby care, light household tasks, or simply being a listening ear. I also provide bereavement support for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, offering compassionate care and resources during a time when they need it most. Placenta encapsulation is available as an optional service to support postpartum healing naturally. Every service I offer is rooted in love, respect, and the belief that every birth story matters. No matter your path to parenthood, you deserve to feel seen, supported, and surrounded by care.
Working with Paisley from Gracious Beginnings Doula Care was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From the moment we connected, she made me feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Her calm presence, wealth of knowledge, and genuine care made such a difference — not only during labor but in the weeks leading up to it and after my baby arrived. She took the time to understand my birth preferences, helped me feel more confident and prepared, and was a true advocate when I needed it most. Postpartum, she checked in on me, helped me navigate those early newborn days, and reminded me to take care of myself too. You can tell that this work is deeply personal to her, and her passion shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s more than a doula, she’s a gift.
