After experiencing both the beauty and heartbreak of motherhood, I felt a deep calling to support families through every stage of their journey — from pregnancy and birth to postpartum and even loss. My approach is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and lived experience. I believe every family deserves to feel informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Support

What does this include: 1-2 Prental visits 24/7 on-call support starting at 38 weeks Continuous labor support at home and/or at your birth location Physical & Emotional support throughout labor and delivery Advocacy and birth team collaboration immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours after birth) Optional check-in call or text within 72 hours postpartum

Postpartum Support

What does this include:
2-6 hour shhifts in-home (choose between daytime or nighttime care)
Support with newborn care
Sleep/rest breaks for parents
Feeding/Breastfeeding guidance
referrals for additional needs

$30 USD · Per hour

Lactation Support

What does this include:
1 in-home or virtual lactation visit- 1 hour long
Help with latch, position, milk supply, and feeding routines
Bottle feeding, pumping, milk storage support
Written follow-up summary and access to resources
Follow-up call or text support for 1 week
*You can add additional visits!

What to expect

At Gracious Beginnings Doula Care, I provide personalized support for families during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and even in times of loss. My services are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re preparing for your first birth, healing after a previous experience, welcoming a rainbow baby, or navigating the unimaginable pain of loss. As a birth doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before and during labor to help you feel confident and empowered. My postpartum services include in-home support to help ease the transition into life with a newborn — whether that means help with baby care, light household tasks, or simply being a listening ear. I also provide bereavement support for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, offering compassionate care and resources during a time when they need it most. Placenta encapsulation is available as an optional service to support postpartum healing naturally. Every service I offer is rooted in love, respect, and the belief that every birth story matters. No matter your path to parenthood, you deserve to feel seen, supported, and surrounded by care.

Am I able to bundle and save?

Yes! We have two bundle options: The Gracious Arrival Bundle includes birth support and 2 postpartum visits The Complete Care Bundle includes Birth, Postpartum and Lactation support!

How early or late should I hire a doula?

Many families book a doula in the second trimester to build a relationship and prepare for birth together. That said, it is never too late- some doulas are hired days or even hours before labor!
