Jayme Lindsey
About me
Hi, I’m Jayme Lindsey, a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and postpartum doula. I have supported growing families since 2014 and am also a mother of two children whom I breastfed. My approach is warm, practical, and judgment-free—I believe there is no single “right” way to feed a baby. I meet families where they are, listen to what matters most to them, and provide evidence-based guidance that fits their goals, circumstances, and comfort level. My goal is for every parent to feel heard, supported, and confident in the feeding decisions that work best for their family.

Service introduction
I offer personalized lactation support in your home or virtually, including prenatal consultations, initial postpartum visits, and follow-up care. I can help with breast or chestfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, milk-supply concerns, painful feeding, latch difficulties, returning to work, and weaning. Together, we’ll create a realistic plan that supports your goals and works for your family. I also provide overnight postpartum doula support, giving families practical newborn care, feeding assistance, and the opportunity to get much-needed rest. In addition, I offer infant and child CPR and first-aid education to help parents and caregivers feel more prepared and confident.
