About Jessica

I know what it feels like to need a village and not have one. I'm Jessica, a prenatal and postpartum doula and a fellow mother who navigated early parenthood without the support system I needed. I adjusted - but I know now how much smoother, calmer, and more joyful that season could have been with the right person beside me. That experience is the foundation of my work. I serve the whole family to prepare and thrive in the first weeks: the mother who is recovering her body, the partner learning to lead, perhaps an older child adjusting to a new sibling, and the baby who just needs to be held while someone who loves them eats a warm meal. My work is also rooted in a deep personal faith - a belief that we are each given exactly what we can carry, and that we were never meant to carry it alone. Whatever your background or beliefs, know that i bring that same spirit of grace and purpose to every family I serve. I am not here to share my faith with you; I am here because of it.

Newborn Package — $800 (4 visits) Consistent support during your first weeks at home, when it matters most. Family Focus — $1,600 (8 visits) My most popular package, designed to provide ongoing support and includes one 8-hour overnight shift so you can truly rest. Full Village — $2,400 (up to 12 visits) Comprehensive support from late pregnancy through the postpartum transition, helping your family feel cared for every step of the way.

Do you work with experienced parents welcoming another child?

Yes. Every postpartum journey is unique, and adding a new baby can bring different challenges and adjustments for the entire family. Whether this is your first child or your fourth, you deserve support.

Do your services include medical advice or clinical care?

My support is strictly emotional, physical, and educational. I do not perform medical tasks, check vitals, or give clinical diagnoses. If a medical or clinical mental health need arises, I will provide trusted professional referrals.

Will you judge my parenting choices?

Never. My goal is to provide evidence-based information and compassionate support while respecting your family's values, preferences, and decisions. This is your journey - I am simply here to walk alongside you.

What is the difference between a postpartum doula and a nanny?

A postpartum doula focuses on supporting the entire family during the postpartum period. While I can help with newborn care, my role also includes parent education, emotional support, feeding guidance, recovery support, and helping families adjust to life with a new baby.

Why should I meet with a postpartum doula before my baby arrives?

Meeting prenatally allows us to build a trusted relationship before you are in the thick of sleep deprivation. We use this time to organize your home, lower your anxiety, and create a concrete plan for your physical recovery and family bonding - ensuring you feel confident on day one.

What is the difference between your prenatal services and a birth doula?

A birth doula supports you physically and emotionally during labor and delivery at the hospital, birth center, or your home. As a postpartum doula providing prenatal care, my focus is entirely on your home life, emotional readiness, mindset, and the immediate transition into parenthood once the baby arrives.
