With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and credentials as a Licensed School Nurse, I have gained a well-rounded understanding of the medical, emotional, and developmental challenges families often navigate. As a mom of two myself, I strive to blend my professional insight with the empathy and understanding that comes from lived experience. I strongly believe that healthy sleep benefits the whole family.
