At Baby Sleep Goals, we strive to provide parents with the education, tools and support they need to get their child on track to better sleep habits that will last for years to come. We offer virtual services to families with children from birth to 5 years old through hourly consultations, one-on-one coaching sessions through our Sweet Sleep Advantage and Sweet Sleep VIP packages, group coaching through The Peaceful Sleep Parent Club and virtual classes in our 2 Weeks to Sweet Dreams program!

Hourly Consultation

If your child is already sleeping well, but you have general questions in one or more areas of sleep, scheduling a consultation would be helpful to you. It could be early-risings in the morning, sleep regressions, concerns with short naps, transitioning to a toddler bed, nightmares, or other life changes. A consultation will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions about any current sleep challenges that you’re experiencing so we can get your child back on track to healthy sleep. - The Intake Form will be provided for completion so that “no stone is left unturned.” We want to make sure we have a full understanding of your child’s environment to better assess the sleep challenges. - 60-Minute Consultation to discuss your current struggles with your child’s sleep so that an actionable plan can be established. - Verbal Action Plan & Email Follow-Up so you’re able to apply what we discussed moving forward and will have an email outlining all of the actionable items and recommendations provided for reference. -Hybrid Option ~ Cost can be applied to other sleep packages (details below) if you discover afterwards that you need additional support.

Sweet Sleep Advantage

Sweet Sleep Advantage is our 1:1 package for babies 0-3 months. This option will help you set the proper sleep foundations to “jump start” sleep success for your baby in just 1 week or less, which gives you a true advantage! Sleep can be tricky for families, even in the newborn stage, so setting your baby up for great sleep from the very beginning is a great way to go! You will have 1 week of one-on-one guidance and support every step of the way as you are navigating life with your new bundle home. Sweet Sleep VIP

Sweet Sleep VIP is our 1:1 package for children 4 months to 5 years. This option will help your child achieve better stretches of sleep at night, and longer naps during the day that are 1-2 hours in just 2 weeks or less. You don’t have to go through sleep teaching alone! This option will transform your child’s day and night sleep with one-on-one guidance and support every step of the way as we work together to reach your family’s sleep goals. Parents often see improvement in just a few days with this option.
