Katelynn was my doula for my 7th birth. This birth was the first time I have ever had a doula and now I cannot imagine how I ever did it without her. We talked over the course of my pregnancy and she was amazing at helping me work through labor fears and anxiety. Everything I told her was important for me during labor she made sure happened. What was amazing to me was how much she knew that I needed that I never voiced or really even knew myself. She prayed over me, spoke scripture over me, helped with my other children without me having to ask, applied the most amazing counter pressure, and so so much more. Shortly after the birth she sent me the sweetest timeline of my birth. It included things I didn’t even remember like my 4 year old singing to the baby shortly after he was born. I have never had any birth photos or a video and she managed to snap pictures and video the birth. I cannot recommend her highly enough. It was like having the dearest friend you have known forever and who has a wealth of information about labor and birth holding your hand. 💛
