Nurturing and passionate Birth Doula devoted to serving families throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Believer in physiological birth and the power behind a prepared, informed and educated mother. My goal is to help all mothers achieve their dream births regardless of circumstances or path that their pregnancy might take them. I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful little boys who are my greatest accomplishments. I enjoy taking my boys to the park, gardening with them, going to the museum and having them bake alongside me in the kitchen. As long as it's sunny we like to spend the majority of our time outdoors. I am extremely passionate about health and wellness and prioritize the gym 4-5 nights a week, always training for those hip squeezes! I can't wait to get to know you!

The Birth Package

Complete support through pregnancy, labor and early postpartum. 24/7 phone or email support throughout your entire pregnancy. 2 prenatal visits that consist of getting to know your fears, wishes and birth dreams, making your birth plan and discussing comfort measures for labor. Full support during labor from the time i'm called until 2 hours PP. Pictures taken during labor if desired. One postpartum visit when you're all settled in with baby and ready for visits. 6 weeks of further emotional or informational support by phone during PP.

What to expect

As a birth doula I offer non-medical emotional, physical and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I bring a supportive, nonjudgmental attitude and nurturing presence. I aim to prepare you throughout pregnancy with education and resources so you can make informed decisions. I bring a warm touch, soothing techniques and a deep respect for birth to your labor.

100% recommend Katie. She was invaluable member to my birth team. As a first time mom, Katie was able to provide me with a safe sounding board for all of my questions, resources to point me towards to further my own edu and preparedness throughout my pregnancy. She was able to provide us physical, emotional, spirtual support throughout the pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Im confident to report she is a huge reason I was able to birth naturally, labor at home for as long as possible and start my labor spontaneously. She guided me step by step on what to do in each stage of labor and was a confident and appropriate advocate for me in the hospital.
