Hi! I’m Katie, with Guiding Light Doula Services. As a birth doula, I provide support to families during pregnancy and birth. My role is to make sure you feel informed, confident and cared for as you welcome your baby Earth-side. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing
Connection
Virtual Labor Support Real-time support, wherever you are. Includes on-call availability, continuous text and call support during labor, and guidance for your partner as things unfold. Perfect for families who want steady reassurance and experienced direction from a distance.
Calm
Foundational, steady support for your birth journey. Includes two 60- minute prenatal prep visits, on-call availability from 37 weeks, and continuous in-person labor support so you feel informed, grounded, and never alone.
Courage
Our recommended birth package! Deeper preparation, stronger presence. Everything in Calm, plus additional 30- minutes added to both prenatal visits to build a custom birth plan and to explore comfort measures, and additional immediate postpartum support to help you settle into those first tender hours.
Crowing Glory
Full-spectrum, wraparound care. Everything in Courage, plus one extra hour of postpartum support immediately after birth, birth debriefing, and extended text access outside of business hours during pregnancy. Designed for families who want comprehensive guidance and continuous reassurance from pregnancy through birth.
Comfort Crew
Best for daytime support Hands-on support for the tender early weeks. Includes in-home visits focused on feeding guidance, emotional processing, newborn care education, and practical help so you can rest and recover.
Calm After Dark
Best for overnight postpartum support Rest while I care for your newborn through the night. Includes in-home overnight support focused on feeding assistance, soothing, diapering, frequent text updates with photos of baby and monitoring so you can sleep deeply and wake feeling more restored and supported
Compass
A 1.5 hour birth planning session to help you and your partner prepare, advocate and make informed decisions. Together we will talk through your options, answer any questions you might have and create a birth plan that makes sense for you. You will recieve a digital copy of your personalized plan sent to your email within 24 hours of your session.
What to expect
I currently offer birth and postpartum services. For birth I offer virtual and three different levels of in person support. For postpartum I offer two levels of support for infants up to 6 months old. I also offer a virtul birth planning service to help you and your partner build a birth plan!
