About me
Hi! I’m Katie, with Guiding Light Doula Services. As a birth doula, I provide support to families during pregnancy and birth. My role is to make sure you feel informed, confident and cared for as you welcome your baby Earth-side. From emotional support to comfort techniques, to helping you advocate for your wishes - I’m here to walk alongside you. If you or someone you know is expecting, I’d love to connect.

I currently offer birth and postpartum services. For birth I offer virtual and three different levels of in person support. For postpartum I offer two levels of support for infants up to 6 months old. I also offer a virtul birth planning service to help you and your partner build a birth plan!

A 1.5 hour birth planning session to help you and your partner prepare, advocate and make informed decisions.
Together we will talk through your options, answer any questions you might have and create a birth plan that makes sense for you. You will recieve a digital copy of your personalized plan sent to your email within 24 hours of your session.
