Hi, I'm Katryna! I'm a birth doula with a heart for serving growing families during one of life's most transformitive seasons. I believe every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported through pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. My goal is to create a space where you fell safe, supported, and empowered as you navigate your journey into parenthood. One of the things closest to my heart is mothering the mother. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to feel, supported, encouraged, and cared for during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My hope is to provide a calm, reassuring presence so you feel confident, nurtured, and never alone as you welcome your baby.

The Foundation Package is designed to provide thoughtful, continuous support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum weeks. Together, we'll prepare for your birth, welcome your baby, and care for you as you begin this new season of motherhood. My hope is that you feel informed, encouraged, and deeply supported every step of the way.

The Foundation Package is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum weeks. Through three prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and two postpartum visits, my prayer is that you feel encouraged, nurtured, and supported as you enter this new season of motherhood.
