About me

Hello! My name is Kay Neal, and I am a certified birth doula and the founder of Kay’s Doula Support Services Inc. (KDSS Inc.). My passion is helping expectant mothers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe every mother deserves compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. My role is to provide emotional, physical, and educational support, helping you understand your options, create a birth plan that reflects your wishes, and feel empowered to make informed decisions. During labor, I offer continuous comfort measures such as breathing techniques, position changes, relaxation strategies, massage, and encouragement while working alongside your medical team and support person. Whether you’re a first-time parent or welcoming another baby, my goal is to help you feel prepared, heard, and supported every step of the way. I strive to create a calm, positive birth experience while equipping families with practical knowledge for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
