Hello! My name is Kay Neal, and I am a certified birth doula and the founder of Kay’s Doula Support Services Inc. (KDSS Inc.). My passion is helping expectant mothers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe every mother deserves compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. My role is to provide emotional, physical, and educational support, helping you understand your options, create a birth plan that reflects your wishes, and feel empowered to make informed decisions. During labor, I offer continuous comfort measures such as breathing techniques, position changes, relaxation strategies, massage, and encouragement while working alongside your medical team and support person. Whether you’re a first-time parent or welcoming another baby, my goal is to help you feel prepared, heard, and supported every step of the way. I strive to create a calm, positive birth experience while equipping families with practical knowledge for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery. One prenatal consultation, continuous labor and birth support, comfort measures, birth advocacy, unlimited phone/text support until delivery, and one postpartum follow-up. Ideal for families who need support during labor and birth.

Full Doula Support Package

Comprehensive support from pregnancy through postpartum, including monthly prenatal visits, birth planning, unlimited phone and text support, continuous labor support, breastfeeding education, newborn care guidance, one in-person postpartum visit, and two virtual postpartum follow-ups.

Postpartum Support Package (Home Support)

Support after birth with newborn care education, breastfeeding guidance, emotional support, postpartum recovery education, community resources, and virtual follow-up to help families transition confidently into parenthood.
