About me

My name is Keneda Lynch, MSN, BSW, RN, IBCLC, and I am the Lead Lactation Consultant at a local hospital and owner of Latch of Love Lactation Services. With years of experience supporting mothers and babies in both the hospital and home settings, my approach centers on nourishing the relationship between parent and child through evidence-based care, compassion, and realistic guidance. I believe every family deserves support that feels safe, judgment-free, and tailored to their unique feeding journey—whether that includes exclusive breastfeeding, combination feeding, pumping, or navigating early challenges. My philosophy is simple: empower parents with knowledge, meet them where they are, and walk alongside them with empathy and encouragement so they can feel confident, connected, and supported in the fourth trimester and beyond.

I had my first prenatal consultation with Keneda and it truly went amazing. She was so incredibly personable, warm, and really easy to talk to which made me feel comfortable right away! She took the time to throughly explain breastfeeding, including latching techniques, hand expressing, and what to realistically expect once my baby arrives so I’m well prepared. I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable she was, she didn’t rush through anything and made sure all my questions were answered. I definitely feel more confident and prepared for my breastfeeding journey and can’t wait to continue learning from her once my baby arrives and get that hands on guidance and support. It’s also amazing that she offers in home visits which makes the whole experience 10x better and convenient during such an important time. I highly recommend her to any other mamas looking for guidance and support, you’ll definitely be in good hands!

We met Keneda from Latch of Love at MOAB in Tampa, and from the very first interaction she was incredibly genuine and kind. After our baby arrived, we scheduled an appointment with her and I’m so glad we did. She made me feel completely comfortable, never made me feel silly for the questions I had, and took the time to explain everything in a way that really built my confidence. Her guidance truly set me up for breastfeeding success, and I’m so grateful for her support during such an important (and sometimes overwhelming) time. I’m already looking forward to our next appointment! I highly recommend her to any new mom looking for knowledgeable, compassionate help!

I came to Keneda at 3 weeks postpartum because I was struggling with both latching and pumping. At the time, I never thought I would be able to exclusively breastfeed, I was a severe undersupplier and felt completely discouraged. Now, at 2 months postpartum, I’m not only exclusively breastfeeding and pumping, but I’ve built a freezer stash and even become an oversupplier! Keneda taught me everything I needed to know, from proper pumping techniques and schedules to flange sizing, as well as effective breastfeeding positions and techniques. I walked into our session feeling completely lost, and left with so much confidence and knowledge. Even though we only had one session, Keneda went above and beyond by checking in with me regularly through text, offering continued support, and answering any questions I had. I truly owe so much of my success to her and can’t recommend her enough.

I did a prenatal lactation consultation with Keneda and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions including the right type of equipment to buy including the right pillow, bottles/nipples, and pump supplies. I feel much more confident and prepared after our session and look forward to continuing to work with her after our baby is born!

Keneda was simply amazing! We learned more from her in one hour than we did from any latch consultant for our first two children. She brings a positive and full of life energy that leaves you with confidence in the path forward. Keneda also explained the why behind everything to ensure we understood what she was talking about! We are truly grateful for her service and recommend all to give her a call!

I had a great visit today with Keneda from Latch of Love! She took her time to explain everything to my husband and I in great detail, showing us demos and giving us hands-on guidance. She gave us tangible tools and directions we can now use with each feeding and pumping session, and goals to work towards. Most importantly, as a new mom, I felt heard, seen and supported. I would highly recommend Latch of Love to anyone and everyone on a breastfeeding journey! Thank you Keneda!

Before meeting with Keneda, we were seriously considering giving up on breastfeeding. One session with her and we’ve been on track since( (baby is 7 months now). I wish we’d met with her as soon as we brought baby home rather than waiting a month. She is kind, patient, and encouraging, and we are so grateful to her!
