Unsure, looking for a midwife to help support and direct which needs work best for me

I will be birthing at home in water and a lotus birth with my baby. I’m a first time mom and I have no idea what to look for in a midwife. I’ve been doing things all alone and would love to have some support. Estimated budget $3,000.
