As a certified professional Doula with over three decades of experience, I strive to provide expectant parents with the most fulfilling birth experience possible. My services include creating personalized birth plans, implementing comfort measures, and navigating the birth process in hospitals, birth centers, and home births. My goal is to ensure a positive and empowering experience for my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my four children and husband, gardening and kayaking on the beautiful waters of Tennessee.

Hi, I’m Gabriella! I’m a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, a student of herbalism and aromatherapy, and an advocate for moms and growing families. I’m based in Dandridge and offer hands-on labor and postpartum care across the Knoxville and East Tennessee area, as well as virtual doula support for families across the country. So far, I’ve had the honor of supporting clients across 22 states (including TN, VA, KY, NC, SC, GA, FL, NY, NJ, PA, OH, MO, OK, TX, LA, MS, MD, AZ, CA, MT, WV, and beyond), and I’m working toward my personal goal of serving families in all 50! I believe in care that blends real, evidence-based preparation with natural wellness and emotional grounding. Birth can be unpredictable, and if things shift or move fast, I’m there to keep the room calm, steady, and focused on you. Along with doula support, I offer birth photography, placenta encapsulation, and postpartum care. I also offer payment plans so professional support is actually accessible. When I’m not at a birth, I love reading, mentoring newer doulas, and hanging out with my family, my dogs, and my 3 guinea pigs.

Hi, My name is Erin. I am a mother of 5, I have discovered the healing power of taking back my birthing experience. I decided to learn more and now I want to help others by sharing my story and supporting others in their birthing journey.

My love and passion for birth work came after my own 4 very individual birth experiences, along with attending the births of friends and family members babies. I began to recognize that there was something truly amazing that occurred when women were given the support and education to be empowered as birthing mothers! Recognizing that when these mothers were given the tools they needed to make educated choices, that were right for them, they were also given the power to shape their birth stories in a way that was their own. I have a special place in my heart for first time moms navigating their options and helping new families get started on their journey to parenthood!
