Partners need rest, too! My support complements their presence and gives both of you tools and breathing room to thrive as a team.

How soon after birth can I start?

As soon as you're ready. Many families book me in advance so I can begin within the first week postpartum—sometimes even day one.

Are you currently attending births?

I am currently taking time off call to do some traveling, but I am available for education, planning, and postpartum doula support
