I am a faith-based, holistic doula serving Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding areas. I would love the opportunity to connect and would be honored to be chosen to support you during your birth. Update- I am expecting my third child in late November/early December. I will be on maternity leave starting in November 2024 so will not be taking clients with guess dates that month or later. My return from maternity leave is still TBD, but will be after March of 2025.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula Support Package

This package is currently $1,000 and includes the following- virtual or in-person interview to ensure we are a good fit, 2 prenatal meetings, ongoing text support throughout pregnancy, on-call support from 38-42 weeks, guaranteed support throughout your birth from active labor until up to 2 hours after birth, and an optional postpartum visit within 1 month after your birth.

Postpartum Support Package

This package is currently priced at $1,000 and includes the following- 48 hours of care, generally split into three, 4 hour long shifts each week for 2 weeks. I offer cooking, light house keeping, sibling care, pet care, and basic breastfeeding support and/or newborn care support. I also have an extensive network of other local providers I can refer to based on your needs. There is an option to add on meal prep services at an additional cost. This will vary based on what you’re looking for.

What to expect

My birth package is $1,000 which includes 2 prenatal meetings, text support throughout pregnancy, on call support from 38-42 weeks and 1 optional postpartum visit within the first month after your birth. My postpartum package starts at $1,000. This includes 48 hours of care. It is typically split up into three, 4 hour long shifts each week for 2 weeks- but I am flexible on this. There is an option to add on meal prep for an additional charge or I offer postpartum meal prep apart from postpartum doula services as well. I offer a 10% discount for repeat clients, military and first responder families.
