About me

I am a faith-based, holistic doula serving Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding areas. I would love the opportunity to connect and would be honored to be chosen to support you during your birth. Update- I am expecting my third child in late November/early December. I will be on maternity leave starting in November 2024 so will not be taking clients with guess dates that month or later. My return from maternity leave is still TBD, but will be after March of 2025.

Service introduction

My birth package is $1,000 which includes 2 prenatal meetings, text support throughout pregnancy, on call support from 38-42 weeks and 1 optional postpartum visit within the first month after your birth. My postpartum package starts at $1,000. This includes 48 hours of care. It is typically split up into three, 4 hour long shifts each week for 2 weeks- but I am flexible on this. There is an option to add on meal prep for an additional charge or I offer postpartum meal prep apart from postpartum doula services as well. I offer a 10% discount for repeat clients, military and first responder families.
