I’m passionate about creating a calm, nurturing environment where parents can slow down, rest, and feel cared for while their baby receives attentive, loving care. Infant sleep has also been a particular passion of mine for many years. I’ve spent a great deal of time studying infant sleep and different approaches to supporting healthy sleep, and I’m currently pursuing formal training in pediatric sleep consulting and lactation to continue expanding my expertise in these areas. With a Master of Science in maternal nutrition and early-life health, I provide bilingual, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I began my journey as a mental health advocate in 2013 which expanded my love for birth and postpartum health landing me here today. As the pandemic restructured our lives, I found myself opening a childcare center, which has recently celebrated 5 years of serving the community.
